I believe in a holistic approach to healing both mental and physical health. In 2015 I set up a local professional network bringing together 20 holistic practitioners. This network enhances my knowledge, makes connections and enables me to ‘knowingly’ signpost my clients to other holistic practitioners. These connections are the life blood of my work as Bessel Van Der Kolk states so eloquently in his book ‘The Body Keeps the Score’.
